Here’s 7 cool fun facts about cats!

We like to think that we know everything there is to know about our kitties but it’s always good to get a little more information. Some of these you may already know but I’m sure that there’s a few in there that will surprise you.

I love that this video tells us this information set against the cutest family of cats and kittens. And the facts come with some relevant explanation.

For example, did you know that when your kitty sleeps for two thirds of the time, when they get to nine years old they have actually been asleep for 6 years of that time! No wonder they look so beautiful and cuddly with all that beauty sleep!

How about the fact that our kitties can make more than 100 sounds. Compare that to dogs who can make only 10. I know that all us cat owners have heard every single sound our furbabies can make – often in the middle of the night when we’re trying to sleep. We also all get very good at identifying what all their different sounds mean!

And even if you know all of these, there are plenty of cute cats and kittens to look at!!
