Dr Jeff and his team of 30 veterinary experts run one of the busiest veterinary clinics in the US. They respond to with precision, compassion and speed in an often tense, chaotic atmosphere.

The staff juggle routine pet visits with several dozen daily crucial surgeries and emergencies.

In this video we meet Smokey and Bandit, two fostered kittens.

They’ve been brought into the clinic for a check-up after being found abandoned at only 3 weeks old.

Things take a turn for the worse, when one kitten is rushed back the next day.
