Can a Cat Catch a Fish?

I wasn’t sure that it’s possible that a cat catch a fish, but now I know.
Excuse my ignorance since I can’t work out exactly where this is but my best guess is that it’s Mediterranean and therefore possibly Turkey. Apologies if that’s just stupid!

I’d also guess that this isn’t a fully domestic cat – somewhat feral in the way that many are in some of those spots.
What I can see is that this cat has skills that my kitty doesn’t. Pretty amazing.
