My cat always used to disappear whenever we had visitors that included a toddler or baby, she really had an aversion to them and would stay out of the way until our guests had left.

So when the time came to introduce our new baby to the household I was hesitant, how should she react to the newest tiny member of the family. 

I had nothing to worry about, they soon formed a bond and 10 years down the line are still the best of friends.
