Just like us, our cats deserve the best, especially when it comes to what cat food we give them to eat. As our loyal companions and our furry housemates, we owe it to them to provide the healthiest and best diet we can. And that’s where natural cat food or organic cat food can help, because these types of food will help your feline friend have the best nutrition possible.

But what exactly does 'organic' mean for cat food? It's more than just a label for cat food brands to slap on to a new recipe. In essence, organic cat food will be free from hormones, pesticides and anything processed, but there’s more to it than that as it also covers the whole process of food production, from field to cat bowl. We’ll look at this in detail in our Buyer’s Guide below.

But, not all that glitters is gold, and organic cat food isn't automatically the healthiest option. A cat’s diet needs to consider factors such as the ratio of animal protein (meat or fish) to vegetables, the presence of grains and gluten, and whether various fats, vitamins and minerals are present in a recipe.

best organic cat food

Then there’s the distinction between 'natural' and 'organic' when it comes to cat food.

Natural cat food generally means cat food that contains all-natural ingredients without including anything processed or used as an additive. Organic goes that step further, as we said. So while all organic foods are natural, not all natural foods are organic.

However, that doesn't mean natural is inferior to organic. In some cases, natural cat food can be just as healthy and beneficial as organic food, especially when it's free from harmful additives and hormones and where it contains high-quality, wholesome ingredients.

So, whilst this is a group test of the best organic cat food, there are a few choices that we’ve included that we consider to be the best natural cat food which might not be fully organic.

More on that later, but let’s start with our overall best organic cat food.

The brand concentrates on the use of organic and natural ingredients, which means that it is free from artificial preservatives, colors, and flavours that can be harmful to your pet's health.

Additionally, this completely grain-free formula is beneficial for pets with sensitivities or allergies to grains, as it eliminates common allergens while still providing essential nutrients. The inclusion of organic fruits and vegetables in the recipe adds natural antioxidants and fiber, promoting digestive health and overall well-being.

We'll start with the top 3 in a little more detail.

1. Castor & Pollux Organix Grain-Free - Best Overall

ORGANIX Grain Free Organic Chicken Recipe Wet Cat Food

Well, everyone is interested in the top pick! So let's dive in there and find out why it came out 'top of the pops'!

One of our team members, Jackie, is a big advocate for organic foods (both for her and her cats) and she raves about Castor & Pollux Organix Grain-Free. Jackie found that her kitty just didn't take to many organic foods but Castor & Pollux Organix Grain-Free was a GAMECHANGER!

Her cat, Misha, loves the pate in the chicken and turkey varieties of Castor and Pollux organics. She goes so far as to say that she also wouldn't offer him anything other than these organic recipes now.

And that's all as a result of the fact that when we conducted this test, the Castor & Pollux was the standout favorite for her cat.

And it's easy to see why it's a favorite for cats and their owners.

Castor & Pollux almost singlehandedly made this part of the cat food market after they worked to develop a fully organic supply chain for all their ingredients, so you know it isn’t just a marketing gimmick.

As you're probably aware, cat food ingredient transparency can be an issue and descriptions can often be confusing and the edges blurred a little.

And in the case of this brand, this organic cat food is the only manufacturer making a complete line of real organic cat food. All of their recipes are made with at least 95% certified organic ingredients which gets them the highest level of organic certification possible.

They are among the very few cat food brands to get the USDA organic certification of this standard on their organic cat foods.

Just take a look at the ingredients on one of their organic wet cat food cans and you'll see that every whole ingredient is labelled 'organic'. They really mean it!

As a brand, Organix is renowned for using real vegetables and fruits as a base. If your cat has a sensitive stomach, this particular variant is good as it doesn’t have allergy-triggering grains. The brand claims all the ingredients have been tested to be safe for your fur baby.

Our community of cat owners also find Organix products to be affordable. The wet cat food is available as a pate-style product. If you have a fussy eater who is addicted to wet food, I suggest trying out the pate version first.

What I particularly love about this organic cat food is that it has organic chicken listed as the first ingredient on the packaging (by volume). It also has omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids to provide adequate nutrition to your kitty and to keep its coat shiny.

To be honest, I love it that the brand calls their food 'purposeful pet food'. That seems wholesome to me and when you know they developed the whole supply chain for their ingredients to ensure organic standards then you know they're doing something special. They care!

  • Contains organic chicken as the main ingredient
  • Safe for cats with a sensitive stomach
  • USDA Organic certified with ALL 100% organic whole ingredients

  • Picky eaters may find it difficult to adjust to the new texture

2. Taste of the Wild Rocky Mountain Grain-Free Dry Cat Food - Best Value

Taste Of The Wild Rocky Mountain Grain-Free Dry Cat Food With Roasted Venison & Smoke-Flavored Salmon 14lb

We hate to repeat ourselves but we are currently living through a post-covid time of high inflation and a much higher cost of living!

Money is short and organic cat foods can be expensive. They are not generally on the cheap lists, but we did a bit of digging and think Taste of the Wild Rocky Mountain Grain-Free Dry cat food could fit the bill as a cheaper natural cat food. It's not organic certified but the brand does use organic ingredients where possible.

We have an 8-year old picky eater who has a habit of taking a few bites, looking at me in disgust and not eating another mouthful until we change his food up! Sound familiar?

So, at first I was thinking he would not take to it, especially as he is such a picky eater, but we were pleasantly surprised. He scoffed it down and soon ate it again the next day.

No dirty looks that day!

So what is the make up of Taste of the Wild Rocky Mountain Grain-Free?

Taste of the Wild Rocky Mountain Grain-Free Dry Cat Food is a good choice for cat parents looking for cat food options that provide both nutrition and are not heavy on the pocket. Cats are carnivorous by nature and they need a good supply of protein to maintain lean muscles and healthy body condition.

Taste of the Wild Rocky Mountain has roasted venison and smoked salmon in it, which increases the nutritive quality of the food. The protein content is as high as 42%, which is helpful to support healthy bones and joints.

The brand claims there are superfoods and fruits in the cat food to provide nutrition and energy to your furry friend. If your kitty has digestive issues, this natural cat food might help fix that since it has a proprietary blend of species-specific probiotics, along with prebiotics and antioxidants.

Probiotics, prebiotics, and antioxidants are known to boost immunity, digestive system, and overall health. I particularly love the fact that the brand exclusively mentions the ingredients are sourced sustainably. Makes me think the product is good for the kitty and the environment.

Although most customers report their kitty loves eating this cat food, there have been some concerns about the increase in the size of the kibble pieces.

A few of them believe this food gave their kitty bladder stones. However, we take this claim with a pinch of salt because there can be various reasons for this to happen. Still, you should know.

  • Sustainably sourced
  • High protein content to support bone and muscle health
  • Contains probiotics, prebiotics, and antioxidants

  • There have been concerns about bladder stones
  • Picky cats might not like the taste
  • Concerns about increase in kibble size

So this is a another no-brainer as far as a high quality natural cat food.

Again, we're not listing this as an organic cat food, but because it's an all natural cat food with human-grade ingredients, your cat is getting similar or even better benefits. It all comes down to the total quality of what's in the organic or natural cat food.

We are very big fans of Smalls and there are few other cat foods available in the market that can match the exceptional combination of species-appropriate nutrition, excellent ingredient quality, and stringent manufacturing standards offered by Smalls.

Furthermore, our own experience with multiple cats trying Small Cat Food, coupled with the analysis of numerous customer reviews, confirms that cats genuinely enjoy this food. The soft and succulent texture of their fresh, human-grade ingredients appeals to a wide range of cats, including those with picky eating habits. The same is true of the freeze-dried raw.

Of course, like with any cat food, your cat might be one that just won't go for it. But, if that's the case, Smalls will give you a full refund! That makes it a no-brainer to give it a go.

The overwhelmingly positive response from both our first hand experience and customer reviews confirms that cats not only benefit from the high-quality ingredients, but also genuinely enjoy the taste and texture of Smalls cat food.

  • All natural human-grade animal protein

Additional Best Organic Cat Food Picks

If none of these three best organic cat food picks are suitable for you, there’s always a wide range of additional types of food out there.

Here are some of our top alternative picks for organic cat food on the market that also performed well with our cats when tested.

4. Evanger's Organics Dinner for Cats

Evanger's Organics Braised Chicken Dinner for Cats, Pack of 24

Who else is guilty of this? Standing at the supermarket shelf and think to yourself, "Hmm, he's been such a good cat this week (the truth be told, they have done nothing but sleep and beg for food and attention!) that I will give him an expensive food as a treat!"

You buy the food, go home, excitedly show it to them, pour it out....and they leave it!!

Yep, don't touch it! We then walk away muttering expletives under our breath.

So, if this is familiar, and if youre in the mood to splurge for your kitty’s well-being, we might take the liberty to suggest Evanger’s Organics Dinner for Cats.

If you’re looking for healthy pea-free cat food, this product might be it! There are three variants to choose from - chicken, turkey, and beef.

Organic chicken, organic chicken broth, and organic liver are the first three ingredients listed on this premium cat food product. And it comes with the USDA organic certification so you know it's the real deal.

Evangers is well known as a famiuly owned brand that started on their mission when looking to feed their owen pets premium nutrition as far back as 1935. Thery've stayed true to that high quality ever since.

It has high 10% protein content along with wonderful nutrients like omega fatty acids for overall health.

What I particularly like about this product is that there are zero fillers, just quality nutrients to boost your kitty’s overall health.

This cat food has taurine and whole healthy grains. Wondering why taurine is so important? It’s good for your cat’s cardiac and eye health. This product does come at a steep price, so make sure you buy smaller packs first.

Of course,  do a test run! Test if your kitty likes the food because a handful of customers have complained their fussy eaters won’t touch the food - of course!

Although, the majority of reviewers find this product to be good for their kitties.

But in my own personal experience, this is a winning premium cat food. We'd still rate our overall pick, the Castor & Pollux Organix Grain-Free as the best but that's down to it being slightly better value by weight.

If you're really looking for the no compromise organic wet cat food and are happy to pay the premium price then this is your choice.

  • Contains premium organic grade meat protein
  • Contains taurine
  • Available in a variety of flavors
  • Has no pea

  • Pricier
  • Fussy eaters might not like it

5. Purina Beyond Natural Limited Ingredient Dry Cat Food

Purina Beyond Natural Dry Cat Food Wholesome Ingredients for Whole Health White Meat Chicken and Whole Oat Meal Recipe - 13 lb. Bag

Picking an alternative dry organic cat food to our 'Value Pick' above - the Taste of the Wild Rocky Mountain Dry Food, used to be easy.

Purina, until very recently, made an excellent dry fully organic cat food called Purina Beyond Organic High Protein Adult Dry Cat Food, which was notable for being 100% organic ingredients and USDA certified as such.

At the moment, it is no longer available, although the excellent wet variety (see the next pick below) still is.

There has been no statement about why this is currently not on sale, but we suspect it is to do with the cost of the ingredients that have skyrocketed in the last year. It may come back, but we have no news either way.

The good news is that there was always an all-natural variant kibble in the Purina Beyond range and that is still available. And it's great.

In our survey we found that many in our community who had been using the organic dry recipe had switched to the natural and found that their cats were still happy to eat it - and, of course, this natural formula is very close to the discontinued one in terms of ingredient quality.

The ingredients in Purina Beyond’s dry cat food are limited. But not to worry! Your cat still gets all the necessary nutrients. The chicken variety is perfect even if your cat is a picky eater as it comes with healthy protein.  The chicken is steroid free and high quality.

The dry cat food products from Purina Beyond usually contain oatmeal, whole barley, and brown rice, among others (but, importantly, no wheat grain). These ingredients come packed with important vitamins and minerals. Purina’s cat food includes probiotics too. This can help your cat have good digestion and can help with IBS.

Although other Purina brands have been recalled previously, Purina Beyond has not yet faced any product recall.

It might not be organic, but Purina ensures that the Beyond range uses the best quality traceable natural ingredients. As an alternative natural dry cat food, this is a great option.

  • Free of additives and artificial colors
  • Reasonable price tag
  • Ingredients sources locally
  • Most cats seem to like it

  • Some recipes have unnecessary fillers
  • Some recipes may contain peas
  • Some recipes are high in carbs

6. Beyond Purina Organic Wet Cat Food Pate

Purina Beyond Organic Wet Cat Food Pate, Organic Chicken & Sweet Potato Adult Recipe - (Pack of 12) 3 oz. Cans

With the discontinuation of the Purina Beyond dry recipe, it's well worth considering the remaining wet variant in the Purina Beyond organic line, which we have always recommended.

We tested the organic chicken and sweet potato formula, as this is a very popular choice among our community who insist on a 100% organic diet..

This recipe stands out because it's made from 100% organic ingredients. It's also a single-protein recipe, with certified organic chicken as the primary source of protein. The inclusion of organic sweet potato adds a touch of natural sweetness that cats enjoy, but also provides beneficial nutrients.

This wet cat food provides an organic, wholesome choice for your feline friend that will also take care of their hydration needs. The chicken used is organic, steroid-free, and high-quality. It's important to note that this product is certified by the USDA, underscoring Purina's commitment to offering genuine organic options.

The pricing, whilst above average, is also reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients and helps us recommend this as a great choice if you're set on giving your cat a wet organic food.

It's on a par with our other organic wet food recommendations in this test and it's a close run thing between this and our overall pick from Castor & Pollux.

In the end, we rated Castor & Pollux above this just because it fared better in our tests with more of our cats, and because they are a small producer with a real mission to make the very best wet organic cat food.

That said, this Purina Beyond organic wet food comes a very close second and will likely be a touch less expensive.

  • Made from 100% organic ingredients
  • Single-protein recipe with organic chicken
  • Appealing to picky eaters
  • Supports hydration with its wet pate texture

  • More expensive than non-organic options
  • Limited ingredient list may not suit all cats

7. Instinct Grain-Free Dry Cat Food

Instinct Original Grain Free Recipe with Real Chicken Natural Dry Cat Food, 5 lb. Bag

Instinct’s main selling points are that its recipes are primarily made from all natural and raw ingredients and that they mostly contain animal protein. Of course, that means this is a natural dry cat food, rather than an organic one, but it fully deserves its inclusion in this test because of the quality of the ingredients in this food.

The brand’s chicken or duck varieties have three times more animal protein than other brands. As the name suggests, it’s free of grains as well.

The ingredients do include peas as a solution for avoiding grains. But unlike other brands, Instinct avoids the use of legumes or starch. This keeps the carbohydrates in the food at a low level.

As you'll probaly be aware, your cat needs fiber from its food sources. Instinct’s dry food uses tomato pomace as the source of fiber. Tomato pomace comes as a by-product when tomatoes are processed and this is a high quality ingredient to add for that purpose.

This brand also helps work on the nutrition profile of your furry friend. Instinct dry cat food has several supplements for vitamins and minerals.

The food also comes with probiotics to help with your cat’s digestion. The probiotic quantity is around 3.5 million CFU for every serving.

As a natural dry cat food option, you can trust Instinct to give you a very high quality diet for your cat. Highly recommended.

  • No animal by-products
  • No artificial flavors or preservatives
  • Low carbohydrate content
  • Mostly contains animal protein

  • Not enough moisture which could dehydrate cats
  • Contains peas

8. Tender & True Organic Chicken & Liver Dry Cat Food

Tender & True Organic Chicken & Liver Recipe Cat Food, 3 lb

Cats love chicken. Tender & True goes right to the heart of that passion for meat with their dry food.

Their main ingredient is organic chicken, so the meat your cat gets is from birds that have not been given any antibiotics. Your furry friend will get some much-needed protein and other important nutrients from organic chicken.

Along with the chicken, the brand includes chicken broth in its ingredients. Chicken broth ensures the cat food also has vital vitamins and minerals. It also increases the moisture in the food.

The other ingredient in this cat food is chicken liver. It is a fantastic source of amino acids and iron, which your cat will need to remain healthy.

The other ingredients include organic pea protein and pea flour. Pea may not be best for all cats, so you may want to first test the product with a small pack.

It is an easier way to get fiber but not all cats can digest it. In the unlikely event that your cat starts vomiting after eating the snack, then this product may not be for you.

We really rate Tender and True as a brand of organic cat food, whatever the recipe you go for. They made the first ever USDA certified organic cat food and have remained true to their values of making the best organic cat food for your kitties.

  • A high amount of moisture
  • No fillers or artificial additives
  • Comes at an affordable price
  • Great way to get omega-3 fatty acids for your cat

  • High in carbohydrates
  • Contains peas

9. Tender & True Antibiotic-Free Turkey & Brown Rice Recipe Canned Cat Food

Tender & True Antibiotic-Free Turkey & Brown Rice Recipe Canned Cat Food, 5.5 oz, Case of 24

Sticking with Tender and True as pioneers of organic cat food, we tested their organic canned cat food recipe - and were impressed!

As we referenced above when looking at their organic dry recipe, chicken is the most regularly used meat in cat food. But, this particular product from Tender & True uses turkey instead. The company still ensures they are organic turkeys and free of any antibiotics (hence the name).

Water Sufficient is its next ingredient. Although this refers to the amount of water required for processing, it also means you know your cat will get water from this food. The product also includes brown rice flour and pea flour too., but no corn, wheat or soy. It's also hormone, color and preservative free. You cannot doubt their commitment to high-qaulity, all organic and additive free formulas.

Most of the protein that comes from this product is animal-based. But the amount of protein it offers is noticeably lower than the average among products available in the organic recipe market. It has a much higher amount of fat, fiber, and carbs compared with the average.

They also use agar-agar gel to naturally bind the ingredients. The product also includes supplements for important vitamins and minerals.

Tender sand True blaze their own trail with what they include in their recipes. Your cat might not take to the flavors, but there's only one way to find that out! If they do, this is another great wet organcic cat food option.

  • Has supplements that can help absorb the nutrients
  • No artificial ingredients
  • Comes at an affordable price
  • Great source for omega-3 fatty acids for your cat

  • Has a lower amount of protein
  • Higher amount of carbohydrates

10. Hound & Gatos Natural Wet Cat Food

Hound & Gatos Wet Cat Food, 98% Chicken & Liver, case of 24, 5.5 oz cans

My cat loves wet food. Every time there is even a crinkle of the wet food pouch or the sound of a can being popped open, he comes bouncing all the way to where I am.

It’s like he is always on the alert for the delicious meat to be out, so he can feast on it. Maybe he even thinks I’ll eat it if he doesn’t show up!

Considering how much he likes to gobble up the wet food, I try to ensure he gets recipes from brands that he loves but that are also using all high quality ingredients.

Hound & Gatos fits that bill and is one of the recipes he loves and that was also well ,liked from our community survey. This formula is 100% chicken-based. They mix chicken meat and liver with the broth and the whole recipe is virtually all meat!

The natural binding used is agar-agar gel, which is one of the safest when you compare it with various other binding gums.

The brand also comes fortified with vitamin and mineral supplements. This is to make up for the loss of essential nutrients during heat processing.

This is not a certified organic cat food, but it is 100% natural. Because it's 98% meat, there is pretty much no room for anything else which is why there's no by-products, corn, soy or grains.

If a natural wet cat food is your aim, and you don't need that organic certification, we would suggest you try this Hound and Gatos formula. My cat loves it!

  • Completely made of animal protein
  • No artificial ingredients
  • Low carbohydrate level
  • Great way to get omega-3 fatty acids for your cat

  • Some cats just don't like the flavors

Organic Cat Food - Buyer's Guide

Organic cat food appeals to cat owners who prioritize natural ingredients in their pet's diet. The belief is that cats who are fed organic food will see the benefits of better quality core ingredients that could contribute to their overall health and well-being.

Choosing organic cat food means you're opting for recipes that free from artificial additives, hormones, and genetically modified ingredients. This means that your cat is at a lower risk of being exposed to potential allergens and harmful substances that could affect their health.

However, switching to organic cat food is not as simple as swapping out one brand or formula for another. You'll need to consider what makes a cat food truly organic, and that includes everything from the quality of ingredients, how they were grown and the process of how the food is made.

It also means understanding that not all organic cat foods are created equal and may not be 100% organic. Some may only contain some organic ingredients mixed with non-organic ones.

That's why we consider natural cat food to be closely allied to organic cat food and, in the case of some brands and recipes, just as good for your cat.

What To Know About Buying Organic Cat Food?

The best way to keep your kitty healthy and vet bills under control is to feed them a nutritious diet. You need to be very careful while choosing a cat food because that’s what your fur baby is going to eat day in and out.

Organic or natural foods are a good choice, especially considering the high nutritive value they have to offer. But before you pick one, we need to separate fact from fiction. You might be wondering if organic food is even worth the hype? Or, is it just some marketing gimmick?

Let’s decipher one by one.

What is Organic Cat Food?

First of all, you need to understand organic and natural cat food are not the same. Natural cat food has ingredients solely derived from animal, plant, or mined sources. These ingredients do not undergo chemical synthetic processes.

Natural foods do not contain processing aids and additives.

Organic food is different. It comes from land that has been free of pesticides for at least three years. You get organic meat from animals that graze on such organic land. They can be given feed as well but it should not contain any growth hormones or antibiotics. All the animals must have sufficient space to live and access to outdoors.

There are four types of labels:

  • 100% Organic: means each and every ingredient is organic.
  • Organic: means 95% or more of the ingredients on the list are organic.
  • Made with Organic: means 70% to 95% of the ingredients are organic
  • Organic Ingredients: means there’s no specified percentage of organic ingredients

If you're looking to have an organic cat food diet, we would suggest you opt for foods that are either Organic or 100% Organic.

As we've already said though, in many cases, picking a natural cat food that does not nmeet any of those four levels of labelling can still be an excellent choice.

Factors that might influence your decision

Your budget, your kitty’s life stage, availability, and allergies are some of the factors that can influence your buying decision. Availability is a big concern. If you have to wait for weeks to get your hands on organic cat food, it’s going to cause frustration in no time. Better opt for organic products that are easily available.

As with the Purina Beyond dry recipe that we used to recommend, some of these less widely available recipes can also get withdrawn from sale. That's a pain if your cat has become used to it!

Your budget is another influencing factor. Organic cat food comes in all ranges. There are value-for-money cat foods as well as super-premium ranges. Choose what you can afford consistently in the long run.

Not all organic cat foods are suitable for all life stages. If you have a senior cat, make sure you buy a cat food that says it’s suitable for them. Also, read the label to confirm the cat food you have picked doesn’t contain ingredients your cat is allergic to.

Benefits Of Buying Organic Cat Food

There’s no current scientific research to prove that organic food is a significant benefit for your cat’s well-being. But, there’s no evidence against it as well. So, it’s down to personal preference.

  • It’s healthier: Honestly, I prefer organic food for my kitty because it gives me peace of mind there are no antibiotics or growth hormones going into my fur baby. It is definitely healthier, as usually all organic foods come infused with nutrients like omega fatty acids. If they have probiotics and prebiotics, it’s even better.
  • No animal by-products: Another reason why you might prefer organic pet food is that it’s devoid of all animal byproducts. Non-organic cat food may contain parts of animals that are unhealthy for your kitty. Maybe the animal was injured or sick. These health problems may or may not affect your kitty. But there’s always a risk.
  • Excellent at balancing weight: Are you trying to put your cat on a weight-balancing diet? Organic foods are a great option in that case as they contain all the nutrients your kitty would need. All of this without the risk of feeding your furry friend empty calories. This is particularly helpful if your cat has become overweight. Non-organic food often contains fillers that have empty calories and can fatten your cat. Giving them organic food might help balance out the weight.

Is organic cat food better for cats?

Yes, organic food is good for cats since it doesn’t contain harmful fillers, growth hormones, and additives. Certified organic cat food has organic ingredients and nutrients that can boost your kitty’s health. There are no toxins like pesticides in it.

Which cat food is organic?

There are several organic cat foods you can choose from. Our top 3 100% organic cat food picks are Castor & Pollux Organix Grain-Free, Taste of the Wild Rocky Mountain Grain-Free Dry Cat Food, and Evanger's Organics Dinner for Cats.

What makes a cat food organic?

You can look for USDA organic label on the cat food. Food produced on the land that has been free of pesticides for at least three years is organic food. Organic meat comes from animals gazing over organic land or feed that has no antibiotics or growth hormones.

Is organic cat food more expensive?

Yes, organic cat food is generally a little more expensive than other cat food containing fillers. However, there’s a whole range of organic cat foods available. You can choose as per your budget. We do recommend the Taste of the Wild Rocky Mountain Grain-Free as a great affordable option.

Best Organic Cat Food: Our Verdict

If I had to choose one organic cat food, I would go with Castor & Pollux Organix Grain-Free. It’s USDA organic certified and made from high-quality ingredients. There’s fiber in it to help control hairballs. You’ll also notice your kitty’s fur and skin become healthier since this product has omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids.

The highly digestible source of protein in this cat food comes from organic free-range chicken. There are superfoods in it as well including organic flaxseed, organic coconut flour, organic cranberries, and organic dried egg.

Overall, a great option for those looking to give their cat organic food without burning a hole in their pockets.

If my budget allowed, and the organic certification was not the main deciding factor, then I would also highly recommend Smalls cat food as human-grade all natural cat food.
