Stitch the One-Eyed Cat Gets Adopted and Also Gets a New Best Friend
When 24 year-old Phoebe Gill saw a picture of a one-eyed bald kitty, she just knew that she had to adopt her. Meet Stitch!
“She had an injury to her eye, which would have been cured with medication but her breeder didn’t take her to a vets,” explains Phoebe. “When it got worse, the breeder gave her up and the vet took her in and did the surgery to remove the eye as it was too late to be saved.”

It was love at first sight for Phoebe, to her, Stitch was beautiful. There was only one thing that she was concerned about and that was whether she would get along with Phoebe’s best friend, Alaska the Bull Terrier.
As it turns out she had nothing to worry about. When they arrived at the house Stitch immediately made herself at home and as soon as she introduced her to Alaska, they instantly hit it off.
Now the two are inseparable, Phoebe says: “It used to be that Alaska (my dog) would follow me everywhere, toilet and shower included. Now, there are two.” She added, “They eat together, sleep together, play together and I’m pretty sure if Stitch was allowed outside they would also poop together.”

“I haven’t had Stitch long, but she’s brought so much love with her.”
Stitch needs to wear little sweaters so she doesn’t feel the cold!
They spend all of their time together, don’t they make a cute couple?
