For the first few weeks of their life, kittens rely solely on their mother. They learn everything they need to know to get them along in life and mimicking what their mother does is all part of the process.

The little kitten in this video is doing exactly that. She’s copying her mama’s every move, right down to having a little wash behind her ears.

The bond shared with a mother cat and her kittens is very strong and a joy to watch.
