Penny Adams, a professional photographer who volunteers her time at a local cat shelter, thought it would be fun to download the Human-to-Cat Translator for her smartphone.

Now the app doesn’t actually correctly translate what you are saying (because of course that is not possible!) but it does make very convincing cat noises because when she played it to her cat, Flam, she didn’t get quite what she hoped for!
At first Flam was intrigued by what he heard but then his attitude totally changed.
