The huts are identical in structure, but each one is painted in a different color, and the cats have their preferences, some consistently choosing the same hut while others select different ones.

Currently, around 20 feline friends have found their forever home in the retirement village.

A neighboring children's nursery pays regular visits to interact with the cats.

Additionally, the center organizes frequent open days to raise funds for the exceptional care provided to all their animals, including chickens, ponies, pigs, and goats.

It's very popular so pre-booking is necessary to attend these events.

"We offer a variety of activities tailored for both children and adults, allowing them to interact with the cats," explains one of the volunteers.

Additionally, the center organizes reading events where both children and adults have the opportunity to read to the cats, benefiting both the individuals' reading skills and the cats' socialization.

She further mentioned that they have a waiting list for cats that can be accommodated at the center.
