Tiny Street Kitten with Big Personality Wins Hearts with His Non-Stop Purring

Just as Laila D'Souza was contemplating a pause in her animal rescue work, fate intervened with an urgent message about a four-week-old kitten in desperate need.
Outside an apartment building, a concerned resident had discovered the tiny creature, abandoned by a former neighbor who had simply decided they no longer wanted him.
For Laila, there was no question – she couldn't leave this vulnerable soul to face the world alone.
The journey home proved to be quite the symphony, with the kitten – soon to be named Toby – expressing his opinions at full volume from within his carrier.
However, the moment he stepped into his new foster space, complete with all the comforts a young cat could desire, his demeanor transformed dramatically.
Gone were the frantic cries, replaced by a constant, soothing purr that spoke volumes about his relief at finding sanctuary.
Despite his fluffy exterior, Toby was battling health issues that had left him severely underweight.
