You probably already know that cats are great at jumping but did you know that they can jump up to 5 times their own height in a single bound. That’s pretty impressive don’t you think? Especially as the world record for a human vertical jump is 8.07 feet/2.45 metres which on average is not even twice the height of us humans!

And as you can see from these pictures, they do it with grace and style. I am always amazed at the way they can twist and turn their bodies ready to make that perfect landing.
