Two of mine do, and they have distinctly different voices. One is really chatty and often appears to be grumpy with her tones and the other one tends to squeak a lot.

So here’s Halo the kitten having a good old chat with her human mama who’s only wish is that her kitty could speak human……I dunno, I think this way of communicating is way more fun!
