Ick! These Kittens Need a Flea Bath! (How to tell if a kitten has fleas and what to do)

Hannah Shaw aka Kitten Lady is a neonatal kitten warrior and she spends a lot of her time rescuing and fostering tiny kittens.

She also has some great advice if you are considering becoming a foster parent. One thing she is an expert on is how to tell if your cat has fleas.

In this video we meet five kittens that Hannah is fostering. She checks them to see if they have any fleas, and yes, all of them have fleas.

So they all need a bath and Hannah shows us the best way to deal with it. She says “Fleas might be small, but they’re a BIG deal.

Fleas can lead to flea anaemia, and should be eradicated immediately, especially in young kittens who are especially vulnerable.
