A lady spotted two kittens that had fallen onto a basement and had no way of getting out. She felt it was an emergency so she called animal rescue to see if they could help. It was actually the basement of an old mechanical parking lot that was full of trash and there was no way of getting down to where the kittens were. The rescuer shone a torch down through one of the gaps but couldn’t see them so they decided to send some food down on a string to try and lure them out.

After a while the kittens appeared looking very skinny and dishevelled, they had been there for about 20 days so were obviously very hungry. The kind lady explained that see had already been sending food and water down so that they would not starve. She also said that she had seen the mother cat keeping vigil and at first had tried to attack her thin king that her intention was to harm the kittens. Something needed to be done so they called a vet and set about planning their rescue mission. Take a look and see what happened.
