Cats and Memes have been holding the Internet together for years.

And for all of us cat lovers, where would we be without our daily fix of kitty pictures fuelled with mysterious cat logic.

We love the wackiness of it all, the nonsensical statements, the hilarious expressions of cats that are caught on camera – all of this adds up to CATTITUDE!

It’s true to say that cats often do things that make no sense to us humans. Molly DeVoss who runs the Cat Behavior Solutions agency, explains:

“Some cats do silly things to get our attention; we run and get our cameras, cooing and paying attention to them and this attention that we shower our felines with is precisely what reinforces their seemingly odd behavior.”

It could also because they are bored and need an outlet for all their pent-up energy.

They still retain their instincts and being both predators and prey, your house can act like a jungle to them and this makes them jumpy, goofy, silly, yet absolutely adorable.

But whatever the motivation for their strange behaviors, it’s always good to pay attention to your cat to let them know how much they are appreciated.

Scroll down to see this awesome collection of cat memes compiled by Bored Panda, they will give you an hilarious glimpse into the weird and wonderful world of felines.
